Seminar on Quine's "Epistemology Naturalized"
A follow-up to the Partially Examined Life episode
I’ll be holding a seminar on Quine's essay "Epistemology Naturalized" on Saturday May 28 from 12pm to 2pm. You can register here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/seminar-on-quines-epistemology-naturalized-tickets-346966113987
I also recommend Gary Kemp's "Quine: A Guide to the Perplexed," Peter Hylton's "Quine," and the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy article on Quine (written by Hylton and Kemp): https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/quine/
To begin with, I’ll give a more general/basic talk on what epistemology is and what motivates it.
